Long awaited update

A lot has been going on and we have some concrete on the ground. It took us about 2 weeks and 2 washout rain storms but we were able to get concrete poured for the footings.

It took about 24 yards of concrete but we were able to get the footing poured in about an hour. Thank god for the pump trucks!!

The time has finally come....

After about 2 years of jumping through hoops trying to get the city to let us build, we have finally been successful in getting our variance and building permits.

On 7/25/2007 we had our excavator come out and take down the cabin that was on the property.
